What
is coaching?
Coaching
is a structured process characterized by an ongoing collaboration
in which a coach partners with a client and assists them with
improving performance and improving the quality of their lives.
Through this process the coach listens to the client to gain a
full understanding of their circumstances. A coach seeks to draw
out strategies and solutions from the client and assist them with
implementing positive changes and modifying the way they apply
themselves to situations. We focus on where we are now and what
the client needs to do to get to where they want in the future.
Coaching can help produce outstanding results and usually within
a short period of time.
Professional coaches
work with clients in all areas including business, career, finances,
health and relationships. As a result of professional coaching,
clients set better goals, take more action, make better decisions,
and more fully use their natural strengths.
All coaching
will help with accountability, goal achievement, experiencing
sustainable change, moving through fears and blocks, experiencing
consistent progress, increased clarity, unbiased support, fresh
insight and perspective.
Business Coaching
provides support to people who need assistance with identifying
and reaching business and/or professional goals. In coaching,
the client and the coach collaborate to achieve these goals. Coaching
is future-focused, aimed at identifying and under- standing barriers
and designing strategies and actions to eliminate those barriers
and improve effectiveness.
